Speak Up
Your primary responsibility in QAFAC’s compliance program is to speak up when you have questions or concerns. Similarly, all external parties interacting or doing business with QAFAC are encouraged to raise concerns with respect to violations or potential violations of our Code of Conduct, its underlying policies and applicable law
Zero-Tolerance of Retaliation
QAFAC does not tolerate any form of retaliation, reprisal or victimization against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. QAFAC will keep reports confidential (to the extent that is possible) and will follow-up on reports in a timely, professional and appropriate manner.
Reporting a Violation
In most cases, your manager will be the best person with whom to discuss concerns, but if you are not comfortable speaking to your manager, you can report a violation by sending your concern to our Speak Up Email: coc@qafac.com.qa
